Specializing in executive compensation and business consulting, the team at Hugessen combine their expertise in finance, strategy and planning to assist clients for all of their corporate governance needs. As Principal, Linda works closely in the areas of employee benefits and global compensation, human resources, incentive programs, performance management, workforce planning and more. Amassing over ten years of experience, she is also a Certified Public Accountant and is an esteemed member of the Society for Human Resource Management and American Institute for Certified Public Accountants.

 Outside of work, Linda enjoys golf, hiking and cross country skiing. Involved in her community, she sits on the Board of Directors for the McMahon Youth Family and Community Services Association and donates her charity to organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Throughout the course of her educational career, Linda received her Master of Taxation from Bentley University in addition to her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
