Shelly M. Paiva is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Electrical Contracting as a result of her role as Owner of C.H. Reynolds Electric, Inc. Specializing in the areas of managed services, energy management, data and electrical construction, C.H. Reynolds provides commercial customers across the globe with design, integration and implementation support solutions for settings such as offices, schools, hospitals and data centers. Founded by her father Chuck, C.H. Reynolds has been in business for decades and Shelly was given the reins of the business in 2012 where she has been successful ever since.

 In this capacity, her areas of concentration include business development, customer service, human resources, financial planning, project and program management, marketing, sales and more. Under her ownership, C.H. Reynolds was voted as the #4 Largest Women-Owned Business in Silicon Valley in 2014 and Shelly was recognized as a 2015 Businesswoman of The Year by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce.

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, she was honored with the distinction as a 2012- 2013 NAPW VIP Woman of The Year. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, fishing and shopping.
