 Gabriela Raczka is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Government Services. Gabriela is the Director of Communications for Customer Service with the City of Philadelphia. Philly311 is the city of Philadelphia government’s centralized non-emergency contact center that is accessible to all residents, businesses and visitors. In addition to answering individuals’ questions regarding local government, Philly311 provides further insight to public announcements, information and assists residents in a multitude of areas. Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a 2015 VIP Woman of The Year, Gabriela works closely in the areas of communications, customer service, event planning and management, media relations, promotions, public relations, marketing, sales and strategic planning. In this capacity, Gabriela’s responsibilities include the maintenance and updating of current knowledge of existing policies, responding to media requests and queries, drafting and execution of plans and campaign management, as well as creating and maintaining relations with the local community, media representatives, government officials, public interest groups, and much more. Gabriela’s extensive experience in various industries greatly helps her when it comes to the city’s arts and culture, hospitality and rich history.
