Consuelo M. As the largest healthcare provider in Southern New Hampshire, Elliot Health System is a comprehensive medical system serving local residents with top quality patient services and treatments utilizing the latest technologies and providing utmost compassion. An esteemed fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Alvarez has been practicing medicine for over thirty-five years working with patients ranging in age from 65 to 110 years old in the areas of internal medicine, geriatrics and palliative care. Board Certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Alvarez holds additional certification as a Physician Executive and her advice to those entering a career in medicine is to “be caring and don’t get discouraged.”

She wants to give great exposure to reflect the importance of geriatrics. To keep up with the latest advancements in healthcare, Dr. Alvarez maintains affiliation with the American Medical Directors Association, Society for Post-Acute and Long Term Medicine, ACP and AGS. In her free time. Dr. Alvarez enjoys spending time with friends and family. Dr. Alvarez graduated from the Boston University School of Medicine with her Medical degree and went on complete her internship at Genessee Hospital.
