Headquartered in Warren, Michigan Big Boy Restaurants is a great brand, rich with tradition and takes great pride in serving valued guests the very best in hospitality, service and top quality food since 1936. A knowledgeable hospitality professional, Debra started at Big Boy in 1982 as a server and has progressed through the ranks in restaurant operations and training while taking time off now and then to have a family.

Her qualities are in fostering professional relationships with people, management and leadership development, training, benefits and much more. Recent accomplishments include introducing online blended learning experiences for managers and implementation of an HRIS system. To keep up with the latest in the industry, Debra remains an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Training Society, Council of Hospitality and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) and the National Association of Professional Women.
