Cathleen (Cathy) Fitch is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services as a result of her role as Of Counsel with The Grant Law Firm. Specializing in client advocacy and top tier legal services, the Grant Law Firm was founded in 1985 by Miles D. Grant. Now, thirty years later, the firm remains a popular name in San Diego with a focus in the areas of commercial collections and litigation as well as creditor’s rights. Possessing over three decades of legal experience, Cathy’s areas of concentration include appellate law and administrative matters, civil litigation, insurance and professional defense, real estate, torts and more. Since 2011, Cathy has gained consecutive recognition by SuperLawyers in the Professional Liability section.

A Certified Legal Malpractice Law Specialist, Cathy is an esteemed member of the American and San Diego County Bar Associations, The Lawyers Club and the National Association of Professional Women. Her advice to those starting out in law is to “start out in public service such as government sector positions” and her key to success is “focus and tenacity.” Outside of work, Cathy enjoys martial arts, yoga and exercise.
