Jerome C. Scowcroft, Esq., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Legal Services. Jerome is an Attorney at Law in private practice at Scowcroft Law Office. An esteemed attorney garnering over thirty six years of excellence in law, Jerome has owned and operated his practice for the past fourteen years where he specializes in the following: business and commercial law, elder law, maritime law, probate and estate law and limited liability as well as retirement and pension assets. In addition to private practice, Jerome has taught several continuing education programs in maritime law and more recently in pension benefits.

A testament to his success, Jerome has maintained his AV Preeminent Peer Review rating with Martindale-Hubbell for thirty five consecutive years. He is a member of the Washington Bar Association, Maritime Law Association, African Chamber of Commerce in Washington, Financial Services Coalition and the Senior Lawyers Association. In his free time, he enjoys photography. Looking into the future, Jerome would like to pursue his photography hobby more seriously and is thinking about teaching. Heavily educated in the industry, Jerome attained his Master of Laws in Taxation from University of Washington and his Juris Doctor through the Duke University School of Law.
