With over 250 companies located in 60 countries, Johnson and Johnson has been catering to millions of people around the world for over 125 years. Their products and services include consumer healthcare products, medical devices and diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals. As Associate Director of Consumer Medicinal Products, Theresa specializes in pharmacovigilance, biochemistry, clinical development, risk management, quality assurance, project management, and regulatory affairs. She has additional expertise in global safety audits, training materials development and implementation and more.

The recipient of the National Association of Professional Women’s 2014 VIP Woman of The Year recognition, Theresa maintains affiliation with the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, Drug Information Association and the American Public Health Association.
