Lynn D. Sicoli is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Real Estate as a result of her role as Owner and President Timely Appraisal Service, Inc. Owning and operating her business for over sixteen years, Lynn is a state certified residential real estate appraiser specializing in residential home appraisals. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects regarding the business including bookkeeping, customer service, working with homeowners, as well as the investigation and documentation of appraisals.

A member of the National Association of Professional Women, Lynn enjoys paddle boarding and outdoor activities in her spare time. Charitably, she is passionate towards organizations such as the Special Olympics and is a Board Member of her local Down Syndrome Society.
