A passionate realtor, Teresa is a seasoned professional specializing in residential real estate throughout the greater Texarkana area. In the industry since 2006, Teresa works closely in the areas of buying and selling, buyer representation, client relations, contract negotiation, first time home buyers, nvestment properties, listings and relocation strategy. With her extensive knowledge in marketing and superior customer service skills, Teresa is licensed to sell real estate in both Texas and Arkansas and holds multiple industry related certifications. She is a certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and a Residential Financial Consultant.

To keep up with the latest in real estate, Teresa maintains affiliation with the National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and the National Association of Professional Women. In her free time, she can be found donating her charity to organizations such as the Children’s Miracle Network and enjoys golf, travel and walking.
