Kathy C. Vaské is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the fields of Marketing and Training. Kathy leads the
Marketing and Communications department for MAX Technical Training, acts as conference director for Cincinnati’s annual SharePoint Conference, and volunteers her marketing services to local user groups and non-profits. MAX Technical Training serves corporate clients and technology and business professionals across the globe with training and consulting in today’s top technologies; from Apple to Java, Microsoft to VMware, and everything in between. MAX’s solution-based training minimizes downtime and increases learning retention. Possessing over twenty years of industry experience, Kathy is responsible for all marketing and social media management for the company. She leads and develops various communications and marketing strategies and she is an expert in strategic planning, brand awareness, digital marketing, social media, and more. Recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women, Kathy’s advice to those entering the industry is to become a life-long learner. The speed of technology change and society’s adoption means marketers have to be constantly learning and trying new things. Kathy is always checking out new technologies, methodologies and the advice of industry leaders and peers and she attributes her success to her love of learning. She holds an MBA in Marketing, an Inbound certification through HubSpot, a Certification in Social Media Marketing and is a member of Marketing Profs, Social Media Marketing World and the American Marketing Association. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys hiking, playing games with her family, creating new works of art with her daughter in their craft room and listening to music with her son and husband. Her four pillars of passion are nature/environment, education, technology, and the arts. She works in education technology, supports the arts and is presently an Advisory Board member with the non-profit, eALI, an environmental education organization whose mission is to establish harmony among the built, human and natural environments. eALI works with K-12 students and their larger school communities to establish long term programs for clean and green technologies. A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. She then went on to complete her MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Max M.
