Constance Y. Parker is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Government Services. Her job title is Administrator, Maryland Re-Entry Initiative, with the Maryland Department of Labor Licensing. Through various programs and services, the Maryland Department of Labor Licensing provides job development and employment training to help residents of Maryland attain the skills and expertise they need for future careers and success. Constance has worked in this capacity for 19 years. She focuses on helping individuals gain employment. With her expertise in community planning and development, program development and management, leadership, training and development and staff development, Constance has a true passion for her career and helping others. To keep abreast of the latest in the industry, Constance is a member of the National and Maryland Associations for Career Development, the National and Maryland Institutes of Corrections and is a Committee Member of the Maryland Reentry Partnership Network. As a testament to her hard work, she was inducted into the VIP Woman of the Year Circle by the National Association of Professional Women. Prior to earning her Master’s degree from the University of Maryland, Constance completed her undergraduate degree from Morgan State University.
