Donna Phillips is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Government Relations. Her official title is Talent Development Officer for the NASA Langley Research Center. Established in 1917 as the first national civil aeronautics laboratory, Langley Research Center has grown to expand into a comprehensive, world-class center for aeronautics  throughout the years. The oldest of NASA’s field centers, Langley plays a pivotal role for the NASA brand. With 30 years of professional experience, Donna has spent over 20 years working in the talent development field. Her current role allows her to utilize her expertise in executive coaching, human capital management, leadership development, program management, training and organization development on a day-to-day basis. Donna serves as the Board Secretary for the Newport News Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and was recognized as a NAPW VIP Woman of The Year. She supports Dress for Success, the American Heart Association and Girls, Inc. Outside of work, she enjoys creating jewelry and art. Prior to earning her Master of Arts in Education and Human Resource Development from George Washington University, Donna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Christopher Newport University.
