(Formerly Naperville Family Medicine) Offering primary and specialty care services in over 70 locations throughout Cook, DuPage, and Will counties, Amita Health is a growing group of over 300 providers within various primary and specialty care centers. Inspired by his uncle, a fellow primary care physician, Dr. Shah has been in practice for 18 years. His areas of concentration include all aspects of family medicine with additional expertise in working with patients suffering from asthma, anxiety phobic disorders, diabetes and migraines; as well as rhinitis and mole excision. Moreover, Dr. Shah has further interest in nutrition and exercise counseling. Possessing Board Certification in Family Medicine, he encourages a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating among his patients. When it comes to newcomers in the medical field, Dr. Shah’s advice is “listening to patients is key; never rush and never overbook your schedule.” Dr. Shah earned his Medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University.
