J onathan C. Pfeifer, M.D., M.S., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Mental Health. Furthermore, Dr. Pfeifer has authored several articles for peer-reviewed medical journals on pharmacology and neuroimaging of pediatric mood disorders, as well as providing expert opinion on pharmacotherapy for the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. A member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and American Psychiatric Association, Dr. Pfeifer is the honored recipient of the Weinshilboum Prize in Psychiatric Pharmacogenomics from the Mayo Clinic as well as the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Awards. Dr. Pfeifer earned his Medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Toledo and his Bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College.
