Darcy N. Duncan

Darcy N. Duncan is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Healthcare. Her professional title is Manager at Mercy Hospital Ardmore, where she has worked for one year. With a dedicated staff of over 2,100 primary and specialty care physicians and 600 advanced practitioners and support staff, Mercy Hospital operates acute care, specialty care and critical access hospitals in communities across four states. A manager of a 32-bed medical-surgical and pediatric specialty unit, Darcy specializes in healthcare management, informatics, patient education, pediatrics, nursing education and patient safety.

To keep up with the latest in the healthcare industry, Darcy remains an active member of the American Nurses Association, the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses, the Infusion Nurses Society, the Association for Nurses Professional Development, the American Association of Moderate Sedation and the Society of Pediatric Nurses. Additionally, Darcy is affiliated with Sigma Theta Tau and supports both the Mercy Foundation and the American Heart Association. After graduating from East Central University with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Darcy went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University. She also holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Pediatric Assessment and Recognition and Stabilization. She is also Neonatal Resuscitation Certified and is a Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. In addition, Darcy is a Certified Pediatric Nurse through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.
