Jeanette D. Stebelton, MSN, RN

Jeanette D. Stebelton, M.S.N., R.N., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Healthcare. Jeanette is the Dean of Allied Health at Bay College and a Staff Nurse with Duke Life Point Marquette. Home to countless student-focused Associate degree programs, Bay College fosters an environment of learning, growth and endless opportunities for the present and future success of each student. Specializing in nursing and higher education, Jeanette’s nursing background greatly assists her in helping students prepare for careers in the healthcare field. As a Dean, she provides leadership, guidance and support for implementing, and maintaining learning and teaching strategies that are focused on best practices. With over nine years in the nursing department at Bay College, Jeanette also works part-time at Duke Life Point Marquette, formerly Marquette General Hospital, as a staff nurse. An integral team member to the hospital, she was honored with the Nurse of the Month Award in 2008 and Nurse of the Year in 2012. A member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the National League of Nurses and the International Nurses Association, Jeanette enjoys quality family time, camping and walking in her time outside of work. Graduating from Bay College with her Associate’s degree in nursing, and Lake Superior State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Jeanette went on to complete a Master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University in 2008, and earned a Post-Masters Certificate in Nursing Education from Walden University in 2011. She holds a specialty certification as a Neuroscience Registered Nurse; as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
