David B. Mueller

David B. Mueller is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Legal Services. His professional title is Partner at Cassidy & Mueller, P.C. A generational law firm established in 1923, Cassidy & Mueller was founded by law school graduate John E. Cassidy. Specializing in an array of legal services, Cassidy & Mueller has delivered first class representation to clients throughout difficult times for nearly a century. Maintaining the distinction as an AV Preeminent Attorney since 1984, David is a seasoned attorney amassing 50 years of legal experience. For the past 45 of those 50 years, he has worked at Cassidy & Mueller where he practices in the areas of: civil trials, tort litigation, drug and medical device litigation and legal malpractice. David provides defense strategy to civil lawsuits on behalf of corporations and insurance carriers. In recognition of his outstanding work, David was recognized as a 2014 Top Attorney in Illinois. He has also contributed many articles to popular law publications and has held several public speaking and lecturing engagements. The Past President of the Peoria County Bar Association, David remains an active member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Peoria County Bar Association and IDC. Outside of work, David is heavily involved with his community. He is a current Board Member with the Peoria Symphony and Foundation Board, Methodist/Proctor Hospital and the Children’s Home of Peoria. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golf and reading. David earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He then went on to complete his LL.B. at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
