Kim Boyer

Kim Boyer is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Law. Kim is an Elder Attorney in practice at Boyer Law Group. Founded by Kim in 1997, Boyer Law Group focuses on elder law and long-term care in protecting the rights, financial resources and quality of life of seniors, individuals with special needs and their families alike. A Certified Elder Law attorney, Kim’s areas of concentration include elder law, aging and elder law issues, estate planning, guardianship, powers of attorney, Medicaid planning and division of assets, wills, trusts and more. In practice for 18 years, Kim was driven to law because she always wanted to “help people and the field of elder law is an amazing blessing.” Priding her success on having chosen a field she loves, Kim is truly passionate about her work and helping those who need it the most. Maintaining affiliations with the National Academy of Elder Lawyers, Kim is the co-author of Alzheimer’s and Dementia: A Practical and Legal Guide for Nevada Caregivers and The Essential Eldercare Guide for Nevada. A testament to her success and hard work, Kim was honored by the United States Senate Commendation for Outstanding and Dedicated Service regarding a pro bono project in 2002. Among her countless honors and awards, Kim was recently recognized as a 2016 Best Lawyer in America in practice area of Elder Law, 2015; in National Advocates Top 100 of Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyers; as well consecutive recognition as a Super Lawyer in Elder Law from 2007-2015.
