John C. Fetzer is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of his contributions to 
the Oil industry.
Dr. Fetzer’s professional title is Consultant at Fetzpahs Consulting, which specializes in consulting and expert witness services. He brings over 35 years of field experience, as well as expertise in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons; oil and energy consulting; petroleum; report writing; public speaking; and technical writing, to his role. “The Chemical Consultants Network (CCN) was established in December, 1994 as a non-profit organization, and has held monthly meetings since February, 1995,” the organization’s website states. “The stated mission of CCN is to form a volunteer organization to support members in expanding the meaningful use of their expertise by: advising and training via talks, seminars and workshops; establishing and maintaining a database of the membership and of the members’ areas of interest; providing a networking environment via monthly meetings and distribution of the database; maintaining a website for the benefit of its members; and developing and implementing a publicity program.”
Dr. Fetzer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas. He then went on to complete his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Georgia. To further his professional development, Dr. Fetzer is a member of the American Chemical Society, and has served as Past President of the International Society on Polycyclic Aromatic Compounds. In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Fetzer is the coauthor of over 140 referred papers as well as two books. He is also a sought-after public speaker, presenting over 40 presentations across the country representing the American Chemical Society at conferences and universities. He was honored as the 2005 Recipient of the Erich Clar Award from the International Society for Polycyclic Aromatic Compounds, as well as the 2016 Professional of the Year in Oil and Energy Consulting.
