Specializing in executive and business consulting, Kimberly is the owner and operator of Complete Success, Inc. With her proven success rate in growth and productivity coaching, Kimberly brings her expertise and knowledge to small and medium size business owners and executives throughout the nation. Harnessing over two decades of professional experience, Kimberly’s areas of concentration include coaching/consulting, mid-sized business growth, leadership development, organizational development and management, strategic planning, team building, group training and more.

A member of the Association of Female Professionals, International Coaching Federation, Association of Talent Development and NAPW, Kimberly is charitable towards organizations such as ENACTUS and enjoys quality family time, reading and writing outside of work. Beginning her educational career with a B.B.A. from Pacific Union College, Kimberly went on to complete her Master of Business Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She recently earned her Doctorate of Organizational Development through Colorado Technical University. Looking into the future, Kimberly would like to engage in public speaking opportunities on a global level.
