 Rima Aristocrat is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Education. Rima is the President and CEO of Willis College.

 A 150-year old Canadian regulated career college providing an array of industry-led, job-ready skills training and education for students to transition into various industries, Willis College caters to students within three locations throughout Eastern Ontario.

An esteemed education professional, Rima jumped at the opportunity to grow Willis College. Garnering 35 years of experience, she strives to continue the legacy of serving the historic college with a main focus on helping graduates transition into careers in business, healthcare, technology and clean energy. Devoted to helping individuals from all walks of life receive educational resources, Rima is the Founder of the Canadian Association of Immigrant Professionals, an organization that helps immigrants acclimate to new environments and learn skills to better their futures; and is the Founder and President of TeKnoWave Inc., Canada’s First National Aboriginal IT Training Initiative.

Additionally, Rima maintains affiliation with the International Student Exchange, Smiths Falls Local Immigration Council, National Association of Career Colleges and International Women’s Leadership Association. The recipient of countless honors and awards, Rima was recently featured on the cover of the 2016 issue of Status Magazine and Ottawa Life Magazine. Looking into the future, Rima’s goal is to partner with more Fortune 500 companies to expand the talent pipeline available in order for Willis College to become the largest Canadian career college.
