 Presently, her responsibilities include the regional oversight of six states in the Midwest, supporting healthcare providers and organizations in leadership talent acquisition. This includes the development and management of client relationships to understand organizational goals and priorities in order to ensure the successful outcomes of various support services; as well as responsibility for service delivery and client satisfaction across all services. Prior to her career with B.E. Smith, she held sales and management positions with leading consulting and technology companies for ten years.
