Diane Garstka is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Direct Sales field.
Garstka’s professional title is Independent Business Owner and Executive Consultant at Rodan & Fields, which specializes in dermatology and skin care, and providing health and wellness products to customers. She has worked in this capacity for the past four years, and brings expertise in change management, customer service, leadership development, skin care and strategic planning to her role. “When offered the opportunity to partner with the world famous, Stanford-trained doctors who invented Proactiv, I jumped in,” Garstka said. “I am using my professional skills to build my business and to help others do the same. My team and I are growing as individuals and giving back.” Garstka earned her A.B. degree in Economics from Stanford University.
Before establishing her own business through Rodan & Fields, she worked in a variety of positions, including a Financial Loan Officer for Union Bank, Assistant Vice President of American Security/MD National/NationsBank, and also served in her family business as a Domestic Engineer. In her current role, Garstka is awarded the opportunity to work with the number-one skincare brand in the U.S. “When my business was in its infancy I grew it slowly, taking care to understand the needs of each of my customers,” Garstka said. “Now that my team is growing I also coach and lead my partners.
This opportunity has given me flexibility to do business wherever I am, work with amazing people and build residual income.” To further her professional development, Garstka is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, she volunteers her time to the Women’s District of Columbia Golf Association, donates clothing to Kids Can and the Junior League of Northern Virginia and supports Lou Gehrig’s Disease awareness.
