Gordon is the founder of Gordon Services, LLC – GS Consulting, a management consulting firm which specializes in operations efficiency and productivity. He brings expertise in strategic planning, operational development, supply chain management, corporate restructuring, organizational development and training to his role. “I provide small and midsized business owners and executives with focused, operational assessment and planning, and execution support to improve business activities designed to enhance company performance and valuation,” Gordon said on his company’s website.

He then attended the University of Toledo and the University of Akron in Ohio.
