Jeanetta Harris is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Business Consulting field. As a Performance Learning Consultant, Harris works as an independent practitioner serving multiple businesses and is currently working with the Association for Talent Development as the Vice President of Management, The CARA Group, Inc., through State Farm Insurance and JLH Training, LLC. Previously, she has worked with ISPI, JPMorgan Chase through Kforce, Inc., and CGS. “I am a talented and versatile Change Management and Human Performance Expert with 14 years of progressive corporate experience developing, managing and leading a wide range of corporate initiatives and strategies,” Harris said.

Harris’ impressive skill set includes “instructional design and development for adult learners,” “e-learning design, development and conversion,” “ERP change and technology” and a “hands-on, results-oriented approach to every project.” In addition to her impressive body of work experience, Harris is certified by the International Society for Performance Improvement as a Human Performance Consultant, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.

To further her professional development, Harris is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, ATD-OnBoard, the National Association of Professional Women, Ruthie’s List, AACONNECT and Toastmasters International. When not working, Harris volunteers her time to the American Cancer Society and enjoys playing the piano, music, travel and spending time with her family and her dogs.
