As Founder and CEO of Lotus Perceptions™ Consulting Firm, Kesia continues to utilize her expertise in Personal Branding, Professional Resume Writing, Editing, Emotional Intelligence, Business Development, Project Management, Creative Marketing, and Strategic Planning.

The company lives by their motto, “Our imaginations are always at work for you!” To better serve her clients, Kesia focuses on portraying a Charismatic Leadership Style coupled with transformational characteristics. She enjoys helping clients, students, and the community further develops their public speaking skills through Toastmasters International, Gavel Clubs, and local Youth Leadership Programs. Kesia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of South Florida.

She went on to complete her Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from Saint Leo University. To further her professional development, Kesia holds membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Project Management Institute (PMI), the National Association of Professional Women, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Association for Community Health Improvement, Community Benefit Connect, and the Society of Emotional Intelligence.

She also served as the Vice President of Membership for her former Corporate Toastmasters International club; to which she still maintains membership. Kesia C.
