Colleen Elliott is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Utilities and Energy Efficiency as a result of her role as Program Consultant for CLEAResult. Program Consultant for CLEAResult, Elliott is a skilled professional regulatory analyst and technical writer, with 15 years of broad based experience in the utility industry with a strong and in-depth focus on Federal and State regulatory and compliance job functions. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of regulatory functions; responding to state commission issued data requests, to financial analysis of regulatory components for annual, quarterly, and monthly cost adjustment filings and rate case schedules. She is an effective project manager with a strong process improvement and technical skill set. “I’m a SharePoint power user and technology change catalyst,” Elliott said. “I build SharePoint sites and sub-sites and design workflows to manage, organize and collect testimony, data requests, exhibits and supplemental documentation for rate cases, adjustments and other regulatory reporting and annual filing requirements.”
Elliott’s additional job duties include “creating custom workflows” and “researching, analyzing, collecting and presenting data for forecasts, rate cases, tariff filings and regulatory reports,” to name a few. “I prepare financial, statistical and comparative analysis of data for use in presentations and for management in various departments throughout the company,” Elliott said. “I also work and collaborate with multiple departments across the company on a myriad of regulatory projects, ranging from Legal and HR to Engineering, Accounting and Information Technologies.” Currently in her role as a Program Consultant, she provides direction and analysis on regulatory processes concerning tariffs spanning multiple states, project management and process improvement for multiple departments. Throughout the course of her education, Elliott earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication from the University of Denver. She went on to complete her Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Project Management from Westminster College based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. When not working, Elliott volunteers her time to the American Diabetes Association, United Way, and with Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, where she is involved in the Mentor 2.0 program.
