Sana Rezgui, Ph.D., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Engineering field. Dr. Rezgui is the Founder and Operating Manager of AZ, LLC, which specializes in high reliability of products, apps for space and medical applications. Her skills and areas of expertise include integrated circuits and electronics. She has served in her current position for two years and three months. According to its website, “AZ Founder has been serving the RH/RT communities for the last 19 years with numerous Products Radiation – Characterizations/Qualifications, ErrorRate Prediction/Fault-Injection/Fault-Tolerance Techniques and Testers.”

The company is also in the process of launching mobile apps to “enable and facilitate the understanding of radiation effects on integrated circuits and the RH/RT HighReliability Business.” In addition to her work at AZ, LLC, Dr. Rezgui has published in many field related journals, and her work in single event transient mitigation and measurement in integrated circuits was patented in 2011. Dr. Rezgui earned her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics from UPS, Tolouse, France in 1997. She went on to complete her Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Computer Architecture from INPG, Grenoble, France in 2011, and a Post-Doctoral degree in ErrorRate Predictions for Complex Processor (PPC7400) from JPL-CNRS in 2001.
