Mary M. Swift is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Medical field. Swift’s professional title is Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs Operations at Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, which specializes in cardiovascular services. Her areas of expertise include excellence, dedication and leadership in healthcare. “At Terumo Cardiovascular Group, we develop, manufacture and distribute medical devices for cardiac and vascular surgery with an emphasis on cardiopulmonary bypass, intra-operative monitoring and vascular grafting,” the company’s website states.

She “manages the coordination and the execution globally of new product design to legacy equipment that is associated with a product recall,” “supports site inspections for FDA and Notified Body,” is “responsible for establishment registration and device listings,” “provides oversight to international product registration, which includes management of submissions database for tracking of global submissions status,” and serves as the “Regulatory Affairs representative for Change Review Board and Materials Review Board.”

Swift earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Bowling Green State University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Administration with a specialization in Healthcare from Central Michigan University, and then completed a 12-month internship at St. Vincent Medical Center. To further her professional development, Swift is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, she volunteers her time to a number of area soup kitchens and the ASPCA. She also enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
