Sarah E. Bujak

Sarah E. Bujak is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the field of Healthcare. Bujak’s professional title is Account Executive at Optum RX, which specializes in healthcare services and solutions, pharmacy benefits and management and data analytics. She utilizes her expertise in business development and account management in her role. “I act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments to effectively resolve technical issues in an accurate and timely manner,” Bujak said. “I work with internal departments to determine timeline for project completion and set proper expectations with clients.” Prior to joining the team at Optum RX, Bujak served as both a Security Administrator and Account Service Representative for First Health.

She then went on to work as a National Account Service Representative for Coventry Healthcare from 2005-2008, where she “presented upcoming plan changes to members at open enrollment meetings and assisted clients with annual open enrollment communication pieces,” “managed all account aspects for assigned book of business” and “analyzed and identified additional revenue sources for clients,” just to name a few job duties.

Immediately before she started work in her current position, Burjak worked as a Senior Account Manager for Catamaran from 2008-2014. Bujak earned her Associate of Arts degree from Benedictine University in 2012. She then went on to Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College of Muskegon in 2016. To further her professional development, Bujak is a member of the National Association of Professional Women. When not working, Bujak enjoys running, gymnastics, camping, reading, movies and travel. She is also a member of USA Gymnastics.
