Dr. Fang Chang

Dr. Fang Chang is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Medicine and Cardiology. Currently self-employed at her own private practice medical office in Manhattan, New York, Dr. Chang is affiliated at with the New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Amassing over seventeen years of experience with the medical field, Dr. Change specializes in non-invasive cardiology, with a strong background of basic electrophysiology and nuclear cardiology. To further her professional development, Dr. Change is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Chang’s was inspired by her father, who obtained a PhD at Harvard University in the 1940’s, and was a leading professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, where Dr. Chang herself still visits and was appointed as President Consultant in Tsinghua-Changgung Medical Center.

After attending Shanxi Medical University, Dr. Chang earned her PhD in Physiology and Biophysics at SUNY Stony Brook, New York. She then completed an Internal Medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in 1997, and a Cardiology fellowship in New York -Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia, in 2000. Outside of work, Dr. Chang enjoys traveling. Her advice to others is to “never over treat” and to “do no harm.” She is also an excellent writer.
