Beverly Howard, Ph.D., R.N., FNP-BC, is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the fields of Nursing and Energy Services. Independent Consultant for Ambit Energy, Dr. Howard has amassed over 35 years of nursing experience. Dr. Howard specializes in medical and surgical nursing, family medicine and helping customers lower their energy costs, to her role. “I am a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Adult and Family medicine and have nursing experience in a variety of specialties,” Dr. Howard said of her nursing experience. “I bring a broad base of expertise in providing quality healthcare for children and adults and in teaching people how to gain and maintain health,” “What I do for a fortune: I am a Network Marketing Professional who has partnered with the #1 Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in America,” Dr. Howard then said of her current role with Ambit Energy.

“I don’t sell products, I don’t have inventory, and I don’t do collections. I simply help people save money on a bill they have to pay and allow others to partner with me in business to do the same.” Throughout the course of her education and training, Dr. Howard earned her Bachelor of Nursing Science degree, her Registered Nurse designation and her Master of Nursing Science degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She then went on to complete her Ph.D. in Education from Capella University.

To further her professional development, Dr. Howard is a member of AANP, TNP, ANA and the National Association of Professional Women, which named her as a member of the VIP Woman of the Year Circle. When not working, Dr. Howard volunteers her time to her area United Methodist Church. She also enjoys singing, playing the piano and spending time with her grandchildren. D.
