Charles H. Jackson III, PA

Charles H. Jackson III, P.A., is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Legal field. Jackson is an attorney in his own law practice, where he utilizes his expertise in wills, estates and real estate law.

He brings over 40 years of career experience to his practice. “I’ve been inspired by my father, Charles H. Jackson, Jr., who was an extraordinary lawyer who had the ability to analyze situations,” Jackson said. “The key to my success has been talking with people, not at people.” Throughout the course of his education and training, Jackson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas in 1969, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas.

His advice to those looking to enter the legal field is to “find one aspect you enjoy and interests you.” Before and while he was completing his Law degree, Jackson served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1964 until 1970. He then opened his own private practice. When not working, Jackson participates in a number of activities and volunteers hours of time to his church, the First Presbyterian Church as well as Presbyterian Missions. He has handled legal matters for the church that utilize his areas of expertise, particularly real estate law.
