Robert S. Balter, LL.M. (TAX) is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of his contributions to the field of Law as an Attorney at the Law Office of Robert S. Balter, P.C. Balter is an Attorney in his own practice, the Law Office of Robert S. Balter, P.C. The firm specializes in life insurance planning, fiduciary income taxes, estate planning, wills and trusts, tax planning and compliance, probate, estate administration and trust administration. With over 35 years of legal experience, Balter utilizes his experience in estate administration and planning for high and ultra-high net worth clients as well as clients experiencing the normal confusion of an estate administration. “I have devoted my practice to helping clients throughout Southeast Pennsylvania,” Balter said. “With locations in Jenkintown and King of Prussia, I serve clients across the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester counties.” Additionally, Balter states that he “believe(s) it is crucial to develop a close relationship with clients.

“Estate planning can involve unique family dynamics, complex tax matters and other special considerations,” he continues. “You must feel comfortable discussing your objectives openly and honestly with your lawyer. I place a high priority on developing personal relationships with my clients in order to gain their trust and understand and achieve their goals.” Throughout the course of his education and training, Balter earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and then went on to complete his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh. He also earned his Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in tax from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and another Masters in Law from the University of Texas School of Law. To further his professional development, Balter is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association in the sections of Real Property Probate, Trust and Tax. He cites Professor Charles Alan Wright, “a true legal colossus,” as his professional mentor and long-time friend until his passing in 2000.
