Samuel J. Bernstein is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the Legal field. Bernstein’s professional title is Attorney at the firm of Zone & Bernstein, LLC. Current estimates show the company has annual revenue of $190,000 and employs a staff of approximately two employees.” With a career spanning more than 50 years, some of Bernstein’s notable cases include Adamson v. Adamson – a personal property tax case in the City of Stamford – and other reported taxation and real estate cases.
He has also appeared five times before the Supreme Court of Connecticut in relation to a number of cases, including a custody action within the United States. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut as well as the Federal District Court. Additionally, Bernstein has served on the Planning Board of the City of Stamford for a total of ten years, formerly in the role of Chairman. “I attribute my success to being understanding and a strong listener regarding the needs of my clients,” Bernstein said. Bernstein earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University in 1953. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctor from Yale University in 1956.
