Weeks earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho, and then went on to complete her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho – College of Law. To further her professional development, she is a member of the Idaho Law Foundation, the Idaho State Bar Association, University of Idaho Alumni and the Kootenai Bar Association.

She is also on the board of Luther Haven.
