Kim B. Overbye

Continental Who’s Who recognizes Kim B. Overbye as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Property Management. Overbye is currently the President and CEO of the Ontario Property Management Group, Inc., a nationally recognized Canadian property management group that has been featured in the news, and in a publication entitled ‘Rental Housing Business’ in the June, 2016 edition, as well as the ‘Canadian Business’ September 2016 edition. The company has also been ranked as #417 in the Top 500 Growth Companies Profit, at 109% growth. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Humber College, is a member of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto Ontario, the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association, and is a Charted Financial Consultant. Due to his outstanding work in her field, Overbye has received numerous awards, honors, and recognitions. He has been awarded both the Duke of Edinburgh’s Bronze and Silver Award, as well as the Business Employer of Excellence Award by the Markham Board of Trade. Additionally, he has been named in numerous lists of nationally-ranked business leaders whose companies are the fastest growing and most successful, such as the Profit Hot 50 IN 2006 and 2007, Profit Hot 100 in 2010, and Profit Hot 200 in 2011. Outside of work, Overbye is an avid fan of soccer, “or football for the real fans,” he adds, and also enjoys stamp collecting, reading science fiction, and spending time with his daughter and two sons.
