Amassing over six years of experience in the field of trucking, Aguilar is a prominent professional with her field. Throughout her career, Aguilar has attained extensive experience within the areas of human resources and DOT compliance. As part of her daily job duties, Aguilar oversees the firm’s personnel operations as the lead of the human resources department. In her current capacity, Aguilar supervises all daily operations of Wildcat Trucking and ensures the highest degree of trucking services within the state of Montana. Additionally, Aguilar specializes in the coordination and assembling of the firm’s daily activities to ensure the utmost reliability and accountability to customers and their employees. To further her professional development, Aguilar is an affiliate of several organizations and is currently OSHA Certified. As a representative of Wildcat Trucking, LLC, she has also participated in a number of community-minded activities in the Sidney area dating back to 2011 – specifically the local holiday tree festival and contest. Charitable to various organizations, Aguilar volunteers her time to the American Cancer Society. When she is not working, Aguilar enjoys four wheeling, scrapbooking, theater and fishing. In looking to the future, Aguilar hopes to expand her business to include a greater fleet of trucks. She cites her husband and business partner, Francisco Aguilar, as her professional mentor.
