With her career in real estate beginning in 2003, Lynn Wilson has established herself as a trusted professional in the industry. Ms. Wilson has consistently ranked in the top tier amongst her peers as a top 20% producer at the Keller Williams DFW/Southlake market center. In her current capacity of co-chairing the Southlake Luxury Division, Lynn initiated and secured the title sponsorship of the Carroll Education Foundation by the Keller Williams Southlake Luxury Division. Throughout her career, Lynn has attained extensive experience in the areas of Luxury and Residential Home Sales, Leading Edge Digital Marketing Techniques and Excellent Customer Care.

To further enhance her professional development, Ms. Wilson is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including both the Texas and National Associations of Realtors, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Million Dollar Guild Member, Accredited Buyer’s Specialist, as well as obtaining her real estate Broker’s License, and Mortgage License. Lynn has previously served five years on the Agent Leadership Council for one of the highest producing Keller Williams Market Centers in the entire company.

Charitable to various organizations, Lynn Wilson is an avid member of the Southlake Women’s Club, Southlake Chamber of Commerce, Title Sponsor member for Carroll Education Foundation 2018-2019, a supporter of the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy, and Keller Williams Red Day. In addition to her many certifications, Ms. Wilson completed the Certified Financial Planning coursework through the University of North Texas after obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting at the University of Texas - Dallas.

When not listing and selling homes, Lynn enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing tennis, water sports and traveling. Ms. Wilson dedicates this recognition to her family, including her supportive parents, Herbert and Virginia Hagen, her adoring husband, David Spoon, her three grown children, Matthew, Ryan and Kathryn Wilson, and her two darling grandsons.
