While pursuing her educational endeavors, Hardwick attended Rutgers University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Thereafter, Hardwick would go on to attend Pace University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree. In an effort to further enhance her professional career, Hardwick is a distinguished fellow of several elite organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. - Beta Alpha Omega Chapter and the National Association of Professional Women. Benevolent to various organizations, Hardwick serves as a Committee Member of the Women’s National Basketball Players Association.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Hardwick was the recipient of the Woman of the Year Award by the National Association of Professional Women. When she is not working, Hardwick enjoys running, Yoga, and going to the beach.

Hardwick dedicates this recognition in loving memory of Kelley’s parents, Bobby Hardwick and Joyce Hardwick. Hardwick also dedicates this to her daughters, Ever and Bliss Mack.
