Rain McDermott

 McDermott is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever as the Founder of Dallas Caramel Company.
With products that are all gluten-free, Dallas Caramel Company proudly delivers a diverse range of 15 caramel flavors, including Sea Salt, Orange, Cinnamon, Chai, Marshmallow, Espresso, Lemon Meringue, Chipotle, Ginger, TX Drunken Nut (Texas Whiskey & Texas Pecans), Pumpkin, Bacon, Apple Pie, Chocolate, and traditional Original.   
Starting the Dallas Caramel Company in 2007, Rain cooks all of her Caramels and TxTurtles in her manufacturing facility.  
Throughout her education and training, Mrs. McDermott graduated from El Centro College obtaining her Associates  degree in Pastry, Culinary and Food Service Management.
Giving back to our troops, Mrs. McDermott contributes to Operation Homefront in which 10% of sales go to the military.  
Rain dedicates this recognition to her parents John and Bette Carole Reglin. She also dedicates this to her husband Sean.
In her free time, Rain enjoys spending time with family and puppy, and experimental baking.
