Jacqueline is the Compliance, Quality and Privacy Officer for Dakotacare.
In her current role, Jacqueline specializes in Compliance; Quality and Privacy; Healthcare Administration; Healthcare Reform; Electronic Information Exchange; Electronic Insurance Exchange; as well as Quality and Ethics in Healthcare.
In addition to her role with Dakotacare, Jacqueline serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHO), Newsletter and Web Committee for the South Dakota Association for Healthcare Quality (SDAHQ), and is a Payer representative for the South Dakota e-Health Collaborative and the South Dakota Colorectal Council for the American Cancer Society. In addition, she is the recent Past President of the Greater Sioux Chapter of the Association of Peri-Operative Registered Nurses (AORN); SDAHQ and P.E.O. Jacqueline speaks nationally on Healthcare Reform, Electronic Information Exchange, Electronic Insurance Exchange, Quality and Ethics in Healthcare, Privacy/HIPAA and Industry Responsibility.
Jacqueline earned her MS in Healthcare Administration from The University of South Dakota as well as her B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from South Dakota State University.
