Fernando A. Castillo

Fernando A. Castillo is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Law as a result of his role his role as Senior Trust with Brigard Urrutia Law Firm. Fernando works specifically in the areas of Contractual Law; Financial Law; and Mergers and Acquisitions. In addition, he provides sound advice to domestic and international customers in project structuring for the purchase   and sale of shares and assets, and in determining efficient schemes for formalizing investments in companies from different industrial or economic sectors. Fernando earned his LL.M from New York University, and also holds a Master s Degree in General Private Law from Universities Paris 2 (Panthéon-Assas). Additionally, Fernando holds certification as a specialist in the areas of Contractual Law and Financial Law from Rosario University where he also obtained his General Law Degree. As a result of his vast intellectual and professional achievement, Fernando has been recognized as Dean’s Scholar from the School of Law of the University of New York. He also earned a French Scholarship granted by the Corporation pour les Études en France (CEF), as well as Special acknowledgment/recognition from the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario for having obtained the highest score of the Law School and the top fifth best nation-wide score in the State Tests (ECAES).
