and Community Organization as a result of his role as Director with Prairie Harvest, LLC. The mission of Prarie Harvest, LLC. is to point people to Jesus Christ, whom they believe is the only way to God, and to lead them to a living and dynamic relationship with Jesus.
Prarie Harvest believes that they are to be people of passion, power and purpose. With over 16 years of experience, Des specializes in leadership training and development, public speaking and coaching, team building, preaching, non-profits, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and more. He is a certified as a John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer and enjoys playing the guitar and teaching others. In addition, Des is on the Board of Directors and is a Co-Chairperson on Faith Relations with Yorkton Branch of Habitat for Humanity.
