Irina Esterov is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Finance as a result of 
her role as Budget Analyst/Economist with the Department of Transportation. The epartment of Transportation’s mission is to serve the United States by ensuring a fast, safe, efficient, accessible and convenient transportation system that meets their vital national interests and enhances the quality of life of the American people, today and into the future.
Irina specializes in all aspects of finance and budget analysis within the Department of Transportation, and is government certified in Economics. Starting her career on Wall Street in New York City, Irina eventually moved to Washington, DC where she took a position with an insurance company. After some time in Washington, she took a break and moved onto a new career path with the Department of Transportation, where she has been ever since.
In her spare time, Irina enjoys her local church, spending time with her family, and traveling. She has a twenty year old son and a twelve year old daughter, and her favorite vacation place is Slovakia. Irina has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Latvia.
