Keyot combines their decades of experience in financial services, insurance and health care with a network of successful consulting professionals to develop the right fit between consultant and client. As Owner and President, Laura works closely with all aspects of financial services and insurance. With over twenty years of experience in the business, her expertise is in strategic and execution planning, organizational design and development, operational management, risk management, business architecture, process design and improvement, executive facilitation and more.

Additionally, she has a substantial track record in building effective business architecture that delivers sustainable growth, and has successfully led teams to develop PMOs and centers of excellence in a multitude of industries. A Board Member of the YWCA and member of NAPW and the Women's Presidents Organization, Laura is also a licensed riverboat captain. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, boating, and gardening. Throughout the course of her educational career, Laura earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Management from University of Iowa.
