Paul L. Hulme

Paul L. Hulme is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Executive in the field of Real Estate as a Retired Chairman, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer at Alain Pinel Realtors (APR).

As the largest privately-owned and independent residential real estate company in California, APR has over one-thousand agents in its thirty-two offices across the Bay Area. It was founded in 1990 by Mr. Hulme, who has led various roles in the company over the years. He has been serving in the real estate industry since 1972, having obtained a reputation for being one of the most experienced residential real estate agents in the greater San Jose area.

Prior to Mr. Hulme’s role with APR, he served for the U.S. Air Force as a commissioned officer. Then, he worked as a district manager for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company before he began his career in real estate.

In 1972, he began buying single-family homes as investments. In 1990, he established APR. In addition to APR, he has established over sixteen different businesses and has invested in shopping centers, land and commercial office properties throughout his career.

In recognition of academic achievements, Mr. Hulme earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah. A frontrunner in his field, he remains up to date in his field through his affiliations with the National Association of Realtors.

On top of these accomplishments, San Jose Business Journal honored APR as the Real Estate Firm of the Year. In 2018, Mr. Hulme was listed in the Real Estate Hall of Fame.

Outside of Mr. Hulme’s professional life, he serves as an ordained bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
