Mr. Scheitler has been serving in his current role as an annual multi-million dollar producer and Principal Associate Broker and Owner for over 23 years; he specializes in waterfront, resort, vacant and residential properties all over Northwest Michigan. He has always showed a great passion to sell real estate since he was a teenager growing up in Chicago. After meeting his wife in Kalamazoo in 1987, where they were married the same year, he never imagined that he would sell his business in Illinois to start his business in Northern Michigan. Mr. Scheitler shows homes to a wide range of clients, from professionals, athletes, CEO’s and celebrities. He showcases homes and vacant properties with the usage of aerial drone videography and aerial still shots to help a potential buyer get a “feel” for a property before they even schedule a visit, all while building a friendly and familiar relationship with his clients.  

To remain at the top of his field, Mr. Scheitler has certifications in CRS, RRS, and RSPS. (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist) Designations.  

In addition to his work done with his real estate firm, Mr. Scheitler is also affiliated with the Forbes Real Estate Council, and the International Association of Realtor Professionals.
