With over 20 years of experience in the real estate field, Mr. Sears is the Managing Broker for the Century 21 S.G.R., Inc. - West Loop Office in Chicago, IL. Specializing in Residential sales and leasing, short sales, foreclosures, commercial sales and leasing, Mr. Sears has worked primarily in the residential and commercial areas both in the City of Chicago and in the south and southwest suburbs. Before joining Century 21 S.G.R., Inc. he worked for the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® devoted to commercial investment brokerage as their director of international programs/operations; he later was on the staff of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as manager of business specialties for the commercial and international areas.

Throughout his education and training, Mr. Sears earned a bachelor’s degree in education administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Additionally, Mr. Sears earned his CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and the SFR designation (Short Sales and Foreclosure) from the National Association of Realtors.
